Bus, Bike Or Walk To The America's Cup Using 511

OAKLAND, Calif., Aug. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- With thousands of spectators set to arrive for the 34^th America's Cup this week in San Francisco, 511 is featuring special information pages (511.org/AmericasCup) to show people how to get there on transit, by bike or car, or on foot.

A specially-marked transit map highlights 2012 America's Cup weekend transit services and indicates where Muni, Golden Gate Transit buses, and PresidiGo shuttles all connect to give you more frequent travel options from the waterfront to BART, Muni, ferries, or Caltrain.

To avoid congestion and move quickly through venues, spectators can ride their bikes to the event.
