With the change, Romero Rodrigues takes over as the Global CEO for Price Comparison, and Rodrigo Borer replaces him at Buscape as the CEO for Latin America.
From the change made in the structure of the business, Buscape Company becomes a global holding company comprising the price comparators which used to be part of the Naspers Group: Buscape (Latin America), Bondfaro (Brazil), Ceneo (Poland), Heureka (Czech Republic and Slovakia), Vcene (Ukraine), Ucuzu (Turkey), Arukereso (Hungary), Compari (Romania), Pazaruvaj (Bulgaria), ShoppyDoo, Trovaprezzi, Misshobby and Drezzi (Italy), ShoppyDoo (Spain), and PriceCheck (South Africa and Nigeria).
