The first book to be published under this agreement is Profiting From Services and Solutions: What Product-Centric Firms Need to Know by Valarie A. Zeithaml, Stephen W. Brown, Mary Jo Bitner and Jim Salas, which will be released July 30. This partnership represents a commitment by Arizona State University's Center for Services Leadership and Business Expert Press to produce and deliver the latest ideas and methods of service innovation and management to an increasingly expanding audience of interested academics and practitioners.
