Butter Sculpture to be Unveiled at 2012 PA Farm Show

HARRISBURG, Pa., Jan. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Pennsylvania Agriculture Secretary George Greig will join Mid-Atlantic Dairy Association and the Pennsylvania Dairy Promotion Program in unveiling the 2012 Pennsylvania Farm Show butter sculpture at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, Jan.5, in the Main Hall of the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center.

The sculpture, a longstanding Farm Show tradition, is crafted from nearly 1,000 pounds of butter donated by the Land O'Lakes plant in Carlisle, Pa.
