Butterball Is Looking for Its First Male Turkey Talk-Line Spokesman - IT COULD BE YOU!

WHAT: 

Nationwide call for entries for the first male Turkey Talk-Line^® spokesman through the Butterball^® Man the Talk-Line Search – Butterball encourages men with a unique cooking experience and a passion for cooking to apply!

WHO: 

Men who love to cook, love the Thanksgiving meal, might consider themselves the ultimate turkey champion and will be excited at the thought of helping Thanksgiving cooks prepare the big meal.

WHEN: 

The Man the Talk-Line Search kicks off September 16, 2013, and the deadline for entry is October 20, 2013. A panel of judges will select the spokesman and be announced the week of November 11, 2013.

WHY: 

The Thanksgiving table is evolving, 84 percent of men are involved in some aspect of holiday meal preparation and 42 percent say they take on the coveted responsibility of either preparing or cooking the turkey¹. Butterball is embracing this shift in cooking responsibilities by launching a nationwide search to find Butterball's very first male Turkey Talk-Line spokesman.

In addition to the nationwide search, men from the Chicagoland area, where the Turkey Talk-Line is located, will also join the ranks of the Butterball Turkey Talk-Line this year to share their cooking advice and Thanksgiving tips.
