After graduating from Princeton where he was captain of the track and field team, he spent two years pursuing his passion for distance running before returning to Washington DC to work in the financial services industry. The transition to a career in real estate fitted well with his wide-ranging interests in real estate design and development. He closely follows ongoing redevelopment of neighborhoods, new construction projects, and issues affecting planning and changes in the market.
