About Michael Gregory
Michael Gregory is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the ASA, served on the ASA Business Valuation Committee, is an Accredited Valuation Analyst with NACVA, and a Qualified Mediator with the Minnesota Supreme Court.  He is the Chief Manager of Michael Gregory Consulting LLC (founded in September 2011 after retiring from the IRS in July 2011) focusing on alternative dispute resolution approaches to resolving issues, risk management issues with the Internal Revenue Service on valuation and engineering issues, and value added services including appraisal review.
