Industry veteran to drive BW Fusion's biological solutions, Agronomy 365 and market reach expansion

FORT WAYNE, Ind., Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- BW Fusion has named Dean Williams chief executive officer. Williams brings nearly four decades of agricultural industry experience to the company as it enters its next phase of growth in biological crop solutions and data-driven precision agronomy.

Williams has led agricultural businesses ranging from startups to multi-billion-dollar operations, with experience building teams, growing revenue and scaling operations.
