C1 Bank's 60 month Certificate of Deposit (CD) special with a minimum opening and required minimum balance of $1,000,000.00 is valid through July 31, 2012.  Offer applicable to traditional certificate of deposit accounts only.   Individual Retirement Account certificates of deposit are not eligible for this special offer.
