ISLANDIA, N.Y., Nov. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CA Technologies (NASDAQ: CA) today announced that Integra Telecom, a leading provider of enterprise-grade networking, communications and cloud solutions to more than 100,000 business and carrier customers in 11 Western states, is using CA Infrastructure Management to assure the availability and performance of its service delivery infrastructure and the traffic it supports.
Integra owns and operates a nationally acclaimed, best-in-class fiber-optic network consisting of a 5,000-mile high-speed long haul fiber network and a 3,000-mile metropolitan access network, including nearly 1,700 fiber-fed buildings. The company is continually leveraging this extensive network to expand its product portfolio; it recently launched Ethernet Services and a Cloud Firewall Service. CA Infrastructure Management allows Integra to maintain its high customer loyalty and satisfaction ratings by enhancing its ability to measure and report on network performance and control potential service-impacting incidents across its infrastructure, end-to-end.
