CAA Member Employee Earns IIAT's 2013 'ACSR of the Year'

AUSTIN, Texas, July 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Combined Agents of America, LLC (CAA) congratulates Delia (Dee) Randall, personal lines ACSR at Duncan Fraser & Bridges Insurance Agency in Pampa, for being named the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) of the Year at IIAT's 116th Annual Conference and Trade Show in Dallas. Duncan Fraser & Bridges Insurance Agency is a CAA member agency. With a presence in Oklahoma and Kansas, Texas-based CAA is a managing general agency (MGA) committed to further expansion across the country to strengthen the independent insurance agency system through profitable growth and exceptional service for its member agencies.

This award is given annually to an ACSR in Texas who exemplifies outstanding leadership and service to the independent agency system and to the public. In addition to receiving the award, Dee received $1,500 from Myron Steves and the chance to win the national competition later this year.

Dee goes above and beyond to help her customers. She most enjoys helping the elderly and young couples understand insurance coverages and believes the most important component of quality customer service is knowing your customers, your product and their insurance needs. There are many customers Dee has helped that she's never met face to face, but she has a close relationship with them because she gets to know them, their circumstances and their insurance needs. Dee is active in her church, First Baptist of Pampa, where she teaches a class for women from the ages of 80 and over, and a Wednesday night class for women of all ages. Dee does her best to help people in need.
