CableClix Accepts Full Resignation of Officer and Director
LOS ANGELES, Aug. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- CableClix (USA), Inc., (OTCPK:CCLX) has accepted the voluntary resignation of Mark Bayliss' employment as Chief Technical Officer effective July 11, 2017. CableClix is in receipt of and has accepted Mr. Bayliss written resignation as Treasurer and member of the CableClix Board of Directors effective immediately. We thank Mr. Bayliss for executing these resignations in a manner compliant with our bylaws and wish him well in his new endeavors.
CableClix also wishes to ensure our shareholders and supporters that it retains full ownership of its intellectual property and the company is continuing with the development of its streaming television app without delay or interruption. CableClix continues to be staffed with the talented professionals who work diligently toward completion of our product. As the current revision of the product completes the public alpha testing period, the product will undergo continued refinement and tighter integration with artificial intelligence and big data platforms. We believe this will deliver a product that results in more viewing time of highly personalized content. Future dates of the beta and generally available releases will be published as appropriate.
