Cable&Wireless Worldwide Extends Partnership With Boots UK

LONDON, November 16, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cable&Wireless Worldwide, the leading communications provider, has extended its direct partnership with Boots UK, the UK's leading pharmacy-led health and beauty retailer, in a new long term contract which will see C&W Worldwide supply and manage a range of data and telephony services. This includes the provision of a single, secure and high-speed network to underpin all of Boots UK's critical communications. In addition, C&W Worldwide's Application Performance Management (APM) will offer Boots UK real-time visibility and network control, enabling business critical applications to be prioritised depending on time of day and to cater for sales peaks.
