CHICAGO, Aug. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Cabrera Capital Markets is proud to announce we are now a FINRA registered 15a-6 broker-dealer, also known as a chaperoning broker-dealer. The SEC adopted Rule 15a-6 namely "to facilitate access to foreign markets by U.S. institutional investors through foreign broker-dealers and the research that they provide, consistent with maintaining the safeguards afforded by broker-dealer registration."

Over the past 18 months, Cabrera Capital Markets has revamped its equity trading desk with the addition of Paul Karrlsson-Willis as Managing Director of Equity Sales and Trading, Robert Livio (VP, Far East), Anthony Santostefano (VP, Emerging Europe and Middle East), Mike Derby (VP, Europe), Andy O'Kelly (VP, Americas) and most recently, Jon Bloom (VP, Americas). The team has an average of 30 years of trading experience.
