Cachet Financial Solutions Adds Gene Lockhart to Board of Directors as an Advisor

Currently, Lockhart is a Partner with Oak Investment Partners and focuses on financial services technology.  Previously, he held several positions including: President and CEO of MasterCard International, President of the Global Retail Bank and Senior Vice Chairman of BankAmerica Corporation, President of Consumer Services at AT&T, and President and Chief Executive Officer of New Power Holdings.  In addition to his responsibilities at Oak, Lockhart sits on several public and private boards including: RadioShack Corporation, Huron Consulting, Asset Acceptance Capital Corporation, INITRA, and Metro Bank.

Lockhart has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
