Caddi Launches an AI Agent That Builds and Governs a Firm's Back-Office Agents

The agent discovers a firm's repetitive work, is trained on each process like a new hire, and governs every agent it builds under full audit.

SEATTLE, Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Caddi today launched an AI agent that builds and governs a firm's AI agents, aimed at the industries with the largest back offices: wealth management firms, law firms and insurance companies.

The work looks simple. It is not.

In Loop Studio, Caddi's design canvas, the person who does the job shares their screen and demonstrates the work. The agent is not just recording: it suggests improvements, and whenever it hits ambiguity it stops and asks while the expert is in the room. Each answer becomes a rule inside the agent, extracting in twenty minutes the exception handling a traditional project discovers over six months of incidents.

Deterministic, and no black box

Caddi's agents call AI only where the work requires judgment and run deterministic code everywhere else. When a model decides every step, 95 percent accuracy compounds to roughly three quarters across six steps, and these processes run far longer. A Caddi agent takes the same path every time, at flat cost. Every run is a replayable record, leadership sees every agent in one place, and Caddi is SOC 2 Type II compliant with connections to more than 100 business applications.
