Hobbs, Capital Markets, Charlotte – Kahn's practice is concentrated in the area of structured finance, with an emphasis on representing issuers, underwriters, purchasers and servicers in public and private asset securitization transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Kahn was the Director of Treasury and Financial Analysis with Safety-Kleen Corp.
