CAKES body Deepens Commitment to Young Women's Breast Health With "She's Not Too Young" Campaign and $250,000 Research Commitment to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
The $100M+ social-first brand continues their investment in breast cancer research focused on younger women with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation as rates of incidence in women under 40 rise, donating 30% of October Give Back Bundle revenue with an annual commitment of $250K.
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CAKES body, the category-defining brand creating innovative boob solutions and invisible essentials, today announced the next phase of its commitment to women's health with the return of its She's Not Too Young campaign, marking the second year of the CAKES x Breast Cancer Research Foundation fund supporting breast cancer research and education focused on younger women. CAKES has donated more than $1.5 million to women's health causes and is committing a minimum of an additional $250,000 to BCRF and the She's Not Too Young Fund by June 2027.
"CAKES was built by listening to women, talking openly about their bodies and creating solutions for issues that too often get overlooked or treated as uncomfortable," said Taylor Capuano, Co-Founder of CAKES body. "That responsibility has grown along with our company."
Breast cancer is increasingly impacting younger women, yet too many still believe it's something they don't need to think about until they're older. Anna Crollman, CAKES Director of Brand Marketing, shares, "As someone diagnosed with breast cancer at age 27, the 'She's Not Too Young' campaign and our long-term commitment to education and research is about changing that mindset so younger women see breast health knowledge as empowering and actionable! At CAKES, we believe investing in this research will change the future for women facing breast cancer today and tomorrow."
Throughout October, CAKES will invite its community to "Shop the bundle that gives back" through a limited-edition Best Sellers Set — Give Back Edition featuring two of the company's best-selling boob solutions along with a breast health education resource.
From October 1st - 31st, 30% of revenue from every Give Back Bundle sold will be donated to BCRF, up to $50,000, as part of CAKES' minimum $250,000 commitment by June 2027. For the first 6,000 Give Back Bundles sold, CAKES will also donate a pair of CAKES with Nips to a breast cancer organization serving survivors, previvors, patients and/or people living with metastatic breast cancer. This product was originally designed in collaboration with breast cancer patients for those who lost their nipples to breast cancer.
Breast Cancer Is Not Just an Older Woman's Disease
According to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer death among U.S. women ages 20–49, and rates are rising fastest among women under 40. One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer during her lifetime, while approximately 80% of breast cancers (for women under 40) occur in women with no family history.
Through the CAKES x Breast Cancer Research Foundation She's Not Too Young Research Fund, the company is supporting research specifically focused on younger women affected by the disease while using its platform to encourage women to become more informed about their breast health.
Turning an Everyday Routine Into a Breast Health Reminder
At the center of the campaign is a simple behavioral message: putting your CAKES on or taking them off can serve as a reminder to pay attention to your breast health.
Every Give Back Bundle will include a printed Breast Health Checklist outlining steps all women can take - including understanding their individual risk, knowing the normal look and feel of their breasts, checking their breasts regularly for changes, learning their family history and following recommended mammography guidelines based on age and risk. This checklist was produced in collaboration with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
The BCAM Bundle includes Sticky CAKES™ Circles, Grippy CAKES™ Circles and a Breast Health Insert, and will be available in three sizes: IB (AA–A), OG (B–DD) and Plus (DDD+), and in three shades: Honey, Caramel and Cocoa.
Building a Broader Commitment to Women's Health
"She's Not Too Young" is the latest initiative from CAKES Cares, the company's broader commitment to using the growth of its business to help break down the barriers that too often hold women back.
Earlier this year, CAKES partnered with The Previvor and reproductive health partners (Brown Fertility and Orchid Health) to fund a PGT-M fertility grant for individuals and couples carrying inherited cancer mutations.
The CAKES body Give Back Bundle will be available at cakesbody.com from October 1 through October 31, 2026.
