Camber Announces New Executive Leadership Team

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., March 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Camber Corporation today announced a new executive leadership team that will report to Philip O. Nolan, who was recently named Chief Executive Officer. With these appointments, Mr. Nolan has filled out the senior executive team that will lead the company's corporate and operating activities in support of the company's defense, civil government and commercial customers. The executive appointments are as follows:

James Brabston joins the Camber team as its new President and Chief Operating Officer (COO).  Prior to joining Camber, Mr. Brabston spent over 20 years at Stanley, Inc. where he was the Chief Operating Officer.  He was instrumental in implementing the account management and business development processes that propelled Stanley's rapid growth to almost $1 billion in revenue. He has a well-earned reputation for delivering superior results for customer missions in the US and in various theaters of operation. 

John Lord will serve as President, Huntsville Operations leading the company's corporate indirect functions that support Camber's infrastructure.  Mr. Lord will also continue to engage with customers with whom he has developed long term relationships to drive growth and ensure continuity of business engagement at the highest levels.

Joseph M. Cormier joins Camber as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  Mr. Cormier has held senior executive and CFO roles in both public and private government service contractor organizations since 2003 (including Global Defense Technology & Systems, which became Sotera Defense Solutions and ManTech International Corporation). He is a financial partner that provides a discipline to executing against business objectives and strategic plans and brings significant experience in leading mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions, which will be critical as Camber continues to grow into a leading mid-size solution provider to the federal marketplace. Mike Whyte will assume the role of Senior Vice President, Finance where he will continue to manage the company's accounting function in Huntsville, Ala.
