Wightman has been appointed as a Partner of the firm. Mr. Wightman joined CamberView in 2012 and, with his knowledge and experience in handling complex shareholder situations, has been a key contributor to the success of our clients and the growth of the firm.

Prior to joining CamberView Partners, Mr. Wightman was responsible for Vanguard's global corporate governance and portfolio compliance oversight programs. He served as a thought leader on corporate governance matters, assisted Vanguard's Board of Directors and Proxy Oversight Group with policy decisions, and oversaw execution of Vanguard's proxy voting and engagement programs. Before leading Vanguard's global proxy voting efforts, Mr. Wightman spent several years as a securities regulation attorney in the company's legal department and was an associate at a leading corporate law firm. He is currently a member of the SUNY Buffalo Law School Dean's Advisory Council.
