Canadian Paralympic Committee Mourns the Passing of Dr. Gord Sleivert
OTTAWA, April 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - The Canadian Paralympic Committee extends its deepest condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Dr. Gord Sleivert, Vice President of Canadian Sport Centre Pacific, who passed away suddenly on the evening of April 2.
Gord was in Montreal attending meetings with Swimming Natation Canada and working with CSC Pacific staff at the 2012 Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Swimming Trials.

Gord had been with CSC Pacific since November 2003 and was responsible for leading the design and implementation of a number of innovations which enhanced the training and performance of elite Paralympic athletes.
