Cannabis Company SunPure Industries Enters Into First-of-Its-Kind Private-Label Contract-Manufacturing Relationship With Leading American Health and Wellness Silver Nanotech Company
Cannabis company SunPure to bring nano-silver immune-support drink supplements, anti-microbial creams and wound treatment products to Canada
KELOWNA, British Columbia, Dec. 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- SunPure Industries Ltd. ("SunPure" or the "Company"), an advanced-stage Canadian cannabis company, announced today that the Company has signed the first-of-its-kind private-label contract-manufacturing relationship (the "Agreement") with American Biotech Labs LLC ("ABL") for first-mover access to ABL's proprietary, highly bio-available silver nanotechnology-based Health Canada-approved Natural Health Products (NHPs), including dietary drink supplements, anti-microbial wound care creams and gels, cosmetic creams and lotions and medical devices for commercialization in Canada and abroad.
ABL is a leading American health and wellness biotech company innovating bio-medical silver nanotechnology-based products for the medical and health industries. The private-label Supply and Distribution Agreement provides SunPure with access to ABL's patented and government-cleared product lines. The products are approved by Health Canada, have been assigned Natural Product Numbers (NPN) and are licensed for sale under Health Canada's Natural and Non-prescription Health Products Directorate (NNHPD).
SunPure will begin offering these award-winning products containing ABL's SilverSol Technology® to its customers in the early part of 2019. All products utilize ABL's ground-breaking patented silver nano-catalytic technology and are specifically formulated to provide highly bio-available, anti-microbial health benefits. All products are licensed for sale by Health Canada as Natural Health Products. Products will include:
- Nano-silver suspension dietary supplements used for immune system support and improved gut-health
- Hydrogel creams that boast regulatory clearance for wound-healing, anti-inflammatory and broad-based anti-microbial/anti-bacterial disinfectant claim-language
- A brand new, lyophilized anti-microbial hyaluronic acid cosmetic facial cream and lotion containing bioactive silver hydrosol for superior absorption and natural healing
