Veteran Research Analyst Richard Hickinbotham Appointed to Expand Industrials Sector Coverage
NEW YORK and LONDON, Feb. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cantor Fitzgerald Europe ("CFE"), a leading global financial services firm, today announced the appointment of Richard Hickinbotham as Head of European Equity Research and equity analyst. Mr. Hickinbotham will focus on the further expansion of Cantor's European equity research platform by building out and extending sector coverage, and covering the Industrials sector.

Mr. Hickinbotham previously served as Head of Research at Charles Stanley. Prior to this, he held a number of senior positions at Investec, including Global head of Research and Co-Head of Investment Banking. Earlier, he served as Head of Pan-European Small and Midcap Research at S.G. Warburg & Co. (acquired by UBS). Mr. Hickinbotham holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
