Mr. Bourguignon will focus on M&A and Equity Capital Markets opportunities in the retail and luxury goods sector.

Mr. Bourguignon joins CFE from HSBC Investment Bank where he served as Senior Vice President on the Retail coverage team, advising both private equity and corporate clients on a broad range of transactions. He began his career as a strategy consultant at Gemini Consulting in Paris. Mr. Bourguignon holds a MBA from the London Business School, and a Master's Degree in International Business from EDHEC Business School in France.
