Cantor Gaming Announces Launch of Its 2011 100% Pay Back Football Contest

LAS VEGAS, Aug. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- In response to its enormous success last year, Cantor Gaming is once again launching its annual NFL Football Contest.  Last year's "High Stakes" $100,000 buy-in contest raised $700,000, the largest amount raised during a sports betting contest in Nevada's history, 100% of which was paid out to the top winners.

This year, in response to customer requests, Cantor Gaming has lowered the entrance fee to $10,000 to encourage a broader participant list.  The rules remain the same and require contestants to pick five NFL games each week from the games listed at Cantor Gaming's Race & Sports Books.  Those with the highest points accumulated during the season will be awarded 100% of the entrance fees, 50% of which will go to the winner in first place.  Kick off will occur the first Sunday of NFL Football games and continue until the conclusion of the NFL regular season of 2011.

The entry fee is $10,000 per entry and each contestant is allowed two entries. The market expects at least 50 or more contestants will take part.  The deadline to enter is 9:00AM PDT on Sunday, September 11, 2011.
