Canyon Partners Real Estate Provides $48M Senior Loan to Refinance Class-A Multifamily Property in Greenville

GREENVILLE, S.C., Oct. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Canyon Partners Real Estate LLC ("Canyon") today announced that it has provided a $48 million senior loan to a joint venture between ECI Group ("ECI") and Central Realty Holdings ("CRH") for the cash-neutral refinancing of NorthPointe Apartments ("the Property"), a Class-A multifamily property in Greenville, SC. Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Real Estate Finance arranged the transaction.

Developed by ECI and CRH and completed in 2021, NorthPointe Apartments comprises two adjacent multifamily buildings with 286 residential units spanning more than 248,000 square feet, nearly 21,400 square feet of ground floor retail space, and 597 structured parking spaces. The Property features a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, and community room with a full kitchen and outdoor fireplaces. Residential interiors are finished with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and large walk-in closets, and many units offer private balconies overlooking downtown Greenville.

The Property is located approximately one mile north of downtown Greenville, offering residents immediate walkability to grocery, dining, fitness, and service retail. NorthPointe also benefits from convenient access to downtown Greenville's employment base and major regional transportation corridors, including I-85, which connects Greenville to Charlotte and Atlanta.
