Capital Guardian, LLC Lands Woodbury RVP; Names Brian Chapman President of Independent Channel

CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Capital Guardian announces the appointment of Brian Chapman as President for the Independent Channel. Chapman joins Capital Guardian with 17 years experience serving in a leadership capacity in the Financial Services industry, most recently as the Regional Vice President with Woodbury Financial Services owned by The Hartford. Prior to joining Woodbury Chapman was Managing Director of the Southeast for the MONY Group.  

In his new role, Chapman will contribute to the expansion of the company's independent channel on a national level and serve as the Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) for the Southeast region.  Chapman will be based at Capital Guardian, LLC headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
