Captain D's Inks 15-Unit Development Deal to Further Propel Southeast Expansion

NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 6, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Captain D's, the nation's leading fast casual seafood restaurant, announced that it recently signed a new franchise development agreement with StarChain USA, a distinguished group of multi-unit operators with decades of franchising experience. As part of the agreement, StarChain USA will spearhead Captain D's growth in the Southeast and develop 15 new restaurants throughout Arkansas and the Carolinas over the next several years. Additionally, the group will acquire four existing Captain D's restaurants in the Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina market and five in the Little Rock, Arkansas region.

This new agreement marks StarChain USA's first with Captain D's, and its first new location is slated to open in Gaffney, South Carolina this summer.
