Captain D's Showcases Better-For-You Menu Options

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Dec. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Captain D's, the leading fast casual seafood restaurant known for serving freshly prepared seafood for more than 40 years, is reintroducing its Captain's D-Lites menu to make it easy for consumers to stick to their New Year's resolutions as 2017 approaches. Available now through February 12, Captain's D-Lites menu features delicious and flavorful entrée options that are under 500 calories, including Blackened Tilapia and Wild Alaskan Salmon.

Each entrée on the Captain's D-Lites menu is served on a bed of rice with steamed green beans and broccoli. Customers are also given the option to order any of the Captain's D-Lites offerings as a full entrée salad, served with fat free Italian dressing. The Captain's D-Lites menu includes Blackened Tilapia, Wild Alaskan Salmon, Lemon Pepper White Fish and new 10-piece Grilled Shrimp.
