Captain D's Signs Franchise Development Agreement to Open Five New Restaurants in South Carolina

NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Captain D's, the leading fast casual seafood restaurant, announced today the signing of a new franchise development agreement to open five restaurants in South Carolina over the next several years. The company has experienced a surge in franchise development this year on the heels of exceptional growth in 2016, achieving its sixth consecutive year of same-store sales increases as well as its fourth successive year of record high system-wide AUV.

Shawn Eby and Danny Robinson will serve as principal owner and vice president of operations, respectively, each of whom have more than 25 years of experience in restaurant operations. The franchisee group is also currently developing new Captain D's locations in Kentucky and North Carolina.
