The award is named for Glen A. Taylor, chairman and founder of Taylor Corporation, one of North America's largest graphic communications companies. Reumann joined Taylor Corporation as a sales representative in 1988. Over the years, he has served in a variety of roles, overseeing communications regarding patient safety initiatives, developing marketing strategies for sales channels, and partnering with other businesses to grow sales in the health care solutions sector.

Today, he serves as Vice President of Marketing at Taylor Corporation. Colleagues praise his enthusiasm, optimism, and tenacity, noting that he has a unique talent for instilling confidence in coworkers and pushing them to succeed. Reumann's passion for health care extends beyond his role at Taylor. A survivor of two bouts of blood cancer, he spends much of his free time advocating for advancements in health care and research. An avid cyclist, he has raised more than $1 million for cancer research and frequently participates in cycling events to increase awareness and raise funding for a variety of causes, including diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, and leukemia research and funding.
