Caravan Health Launches Weekly Webinars to Help Providers Navigate New ACO Model Options

AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Caravan Health is pleased to announce a new webinar series aimed at giving providers a roadmap for achieving success in the value-based landscape. Led by CEO Lynn Barr, a former community hospital CIO who survived this journey, these webinars will be an opportunity for providers to leverage the same experiences, both good and bad, that Caravan Health has learned on the road to achieving true population health.
Caravan Health's leaders and clients are traveling on this journey for better care together with other providers seeking answers. And the new ACO models are creating confusion on which program to choose and how to start with practical steps that have proven successful.
