Twice-yearly training led by Steve Bobowski and Renee Martin will give the growing Carbliss team a shared language for communication and leadership

Beginning next year, Carbliss will bring its team together from across it's selling states, twice annually for training led directly by Steve Bobowski and Renee Martin, owners and operators of Dale Carnegie of Eastern Wisconsin.

The initiative, spearheaded by Corrina Molinaro, Director of Human Resources at Carbliss, grew out of a long-standing relationship between Steve, Renee, and Carbliss CoFounders Adam and Amanda Kroener. Steve and Renee's coaching has shaped Adam and Amanda personally and professionally for years, and as Carbliss has grown, that same training has already made an impact across the company. Formalizing the partnership was a natural next step, and a priority, for a company built on the belief that culture is what allows a fast growing team to stay aligned.
