FLOYD, Va., Dec. 14, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- the Board of Directors of Cardinal Bankshares Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CDBK), parent company of Bank of Floyd, declared a regular semi-annual cash dividend of $.08 per share. The cash dividend is payable December 31, 2010 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 27, 2010.
