(CPC), a leader in real-time connected healthcare and Nuvon, a leader in medical device integration, interoperability, and clinical intelligence, today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement for Nuvon to merge with CPC. Each company's Board of Directors has approved the terms of the proposed transaction, which is expected to close in the next 60 days. Terms of the merger were not disclosed.
