Career Thought Leaders CEO Marie Zimenoff Named "40 Under Forty" in Northern Colorado

FORT COLLINS, Colo., Nov. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Career Thought Leaders Consortium (CTL) today announced that CEO Marie Zimenoff was nominated and selected as one of the region's "40 Under Forty," a competition sponsored by the leading business publication in Northern Colorado, BizWest. The award recognizes 40 up-and-coming business leaders under age 40 who are making their mark on their communities through professional success and volunteer activities. Recipients are nominated by peers, and a panel of previous winners selects the current-year honorees.

At the helm of Career Thought Leaders Consortium (CTL) for nearly 3 years, Zimenoff has advanced the organization significantly both in terms of membership and high-quality program offerings. Under her leadership, CTL is on pace to double revenue and increase program enrollment 10-fold since 2015. CTL also acquired a prominent industry certification earlier this year after partnering with Reach Personal Branding. In 2018, CTL will hold its annual conference outside North America for the first time in Madrid, Spain.

"I am honored to be among such an impressive group of professionals who share a passion to advance their industries and make a difference in our community," said Zimenoff, CTL's President and CEO. "So many people worldwide struggle to find fulfilling work. I am honored to provide resources that increase capacity for professionals who help people build successful, meaningful careers. My volunteer work through Rotary International, locally and internationally, are an important part of my life. Through service, I engage with those in our community who are often forgotten, and contribute to meaningful global and local projects."

"Without Marie and CTL, there would be a huge void in the field. Marie has turned several organizations that were plateauing into thriving businesses," said Executive Career Coach, Susan Chritton. "Marie brings people together from around the world to share ideas and guide the workforce. She has taken Career Thought Leaders and made it exactly that."

"As CEO of Career Thought Leaders and the Resume Writing Academy, Marie brings visionary direction to the most respected career-management organizations in the U.S. and around the world," said Jan Melnik, Career Strategist and Owner of Absolute Advantage. "Her passion for advancing educational initiatives for coaches is unparalleled; she consistently delivers innovative programming that keeps practitioners at the forefront of their industry."
