CareerBuilder Names Irina Novoselsky its President and Chief Operating Officer

CareerBuilder announced today that Irina Novoselsky, an innovative, fast-moving tech business leader and former president of Novitex Enterprise Solutions, is joining the company as its president and chief operating officer.

Novoselsky brings a strong background in growing digital services businesses to the global powerhouse that serves millions of workers and hundreds of thousands of employers. She will oversee finance, marketing, go-to-market strategy, customer care and information technology and data security — directing operational strategy and execution as the company continues to invest heavily in building out state of the art products and processes for employers and consumers.

With a sharp focus on customer satisfaction, Novoselsky has an impressive track record of streamlining operations, instilling accountability and producing higher financial performance. At Novitex, she managed the full P&L and took the company from a legacy document services business to a modern, tech-based digital services firm that experienced double-digit growth in a declining industry. Before Novitex, Novoselsky served as an investment strategist for Dubin & Co and an investment professional at Apollo Global Management and at Morgan Stanley in the M&A group. She is a member of YPO and was named Female Executive of the Year by Stevie® Award for two consecutive years. She graduated magna cum laude from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

In her new role, Novoselsky will help to set CareerBuilder's corporate direction to strengthen market penetration, drive growth and profitability and amplify brand visibility.
