The event, being held in Raleigh, N.C., on Saturday, Nov. 13, is being organized by Steve Rhode, writer and founder of GetOutofDebt.org, a website devoted to helping consumers get honest answers about debt relief. More than 25 people are scheduled to attend the meeting, including a representative from the North Carolina Attorney General's office and executives from more than a dozen debt relief companies.
