JERSEY CITY, N.J., Nov. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- In preparation for the Thanksgiving holiday, CarePoint Health has donated more than $65,000 worth of turkeys, gift cards and dinners to Hudson County residents. The turkeys will be distributed to local communities and families in various municipalities throughout Hudson County to help feed needy families this Thanksgiving.
CarePoint Health CEO Dennis Kelly is hoping the company's turkey donations will make a difference in the lives of families in Hudson County and will bring greater awareness to the issue of food scarcity.
