The transaction was finalized on August 8, 2012 and is one of the largest transactions in the history of CareSouth.
The company has taken over Alliance Care operations, now doing business as CareSouth Homecare Professionals in Bethesda, Boynton Beach, Bradenton, Dundee, Ft. Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Largo, Ormond Beach, Sarasota, Tampa and West Palm Beach. CareSouth will retain most of the former Alliance Care employees, and will increase that employee base in the near future.
