A critical link between CareWire and its customers, Mashburn will be accountable for the entire customer lifecycle, including set-up and configuration, customer service, ongoing opportunity identification, performance monitoring, and customer reporting. In this role, he will build and sustain customer relationships to ensure the quality delivery and customer satisfaction that CareWire is known for.

Before joining CareWire, Mashburn was a Director at Next Street Financial where he provided strategic advisory services to drive small to mid-sized business growth and economic development. Before earning his MA in International Business and Development Economics from Tufts University, he was a Senior Associate with Stockamp and Associates, Inc. (now Huron Healthcare) where he helped improve the operating efficiency of high-performing hospital systems through streamlined revenue cycle management. Mashburn holds a BA in Economics and History and minored in Mathematics at Vanderbilt University.
