Platinum Luxury Auctions has announced the property known as Villa Susanna will now be offered to the highest auction bidder without reserve, after previously asking $7.5 million. The property owner hired the U.S.-based auction house to manage the sale, working in cooperation with listing broker Ella Volney of the Golden Hour Group, Ltd. in Saint Lucia.

The luxurious villa, affectionately named after the owner's wife, was built in 2012 and is located in the city of Castries, the island's capital and largest city. It occupies three private and lushly landscaped acres, with 270-degree views of the Caribbean Sea. The property also conveys with a 75-year leasehold (originated in 2010) for additional beachfront parcels, allowing for "private access" to the secluded beaches of Trou Rolland.
