Carlisle Interconnect Technologies Urges ADS-B Certification for All General Aviation Before Approaching 2020 Deadline
ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla., Oct. 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Carlisle Interconnect Technologies (CarlisleIT), a division of Carlisle Companies (CSL), is working with General Aviation (GA) aircraft owners, operators, and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities nationwide to comply with the upcoming Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) certification mandate ahead of the 2020 deadline.
The FAA estimates that there are still over 100,000 aircraft that have not reached full compliance with the ADS-B mandate, and the timeframe for completion is quickly closing. CarlisleIT understands why some choose to wait, and are able to assist as the window for completion grows smaller.
