Carl's Jr.® Is Serving Up Steakhouse Flavor, No Fancy Pants Required

The Angus Steakhouse Burger brings a hearty new option to the brand's cooked-to-order menu just in time for cooler days ahead

FRANKLIN, Tenn., Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Carl's Jr. is adding steakhouse-inspired flavor to the menu without asking guests to make a reservation or learn the rules of fine dining. Today, the brand announces the debut of the new Angus Steakhouse Burger.

Available for a limited time, the steakhouse-inspired burger features two seasoned, charbroiled 100% Angus beef patties totaling one-third pound, topped with savory grilled onions, two slices of Swiss cheese and bistro steak sauce on a buttered, toasted brioche bun, without requiring guests to dress for dinner.

"Carl's Jr. has always believed a great burger should be all about the food, not the fuss," said Burge Diemer, chief marketing officer for Carl's Jr. "As the weather cools, we're leaning into the rich, satisfying flavors that make a meal feel a little more special. We like the idea of steakhouse indulgence, but at Carl's Jr., you can leave the hassle of steakhouse formalities at the door."

To bring that no-fuss approach to life, Carl's Jr. is teaming up with comedian and actor Bert Kreischer. Known for his larger-than-life comedy, Kreischer cleans up for a burger that looks fine-dining worthy, then proves that enjoying it doesn't require a reservation or a lesson in which fork to use. The Angus Steakhouse Burger may be dressed up with Swiss, grilled onions and bistro steak sauce, but enjoying it doesn't have to be a formal affair.
