ANAHEIM, Calif., May 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Every year Mortgage Executive magazine conducts a survey to select the 50 best companies to work for in America. The extensive online surveys are limited to licensed mortgage loan originators (MLOs) who are currently employed by the companies they're rating. This year, the prominent magazine published its list of the "50 Best Companies to Work For," and Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC's Mortgage Lending Division (www.CarringtonHomeLoans.com) ranked 33 out of more than 200 mortgage companies and banks that participated, receiving a 4.8709 out of 5.0 rating, with more than 100 loan originators selecting Carrington for top honors out of more than 10,000 loan originators who were surveyed.

In the magazine's "50 Best Companies To Work For" survey, MLOs rate their company's culture, loan processing, underwriting, compensation, management, marketing and technology. The top 50 companies are chosen based on their average rating score and total number of MLO votes. Any company with a minimum of 30 MLOs is eligible to participate.
