Carroll Organization Acquires Two Prime Atlanta Apartment Communities

ATLANTA, April 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Carroll Organization, one of the country's leading privately-held real estate companies focused on multifamily investment, management, and development, in partnership with NorthStar Realty Finance Corp., announced the acquisition of two Atlanta-area residential communities for a combined price of approximately $46 million.  Chattahoochee Landing, a unique 396-unit property, situated on the bluffs overlooking the Chattahoochee River in Roswell; and The Abbey at East Cobb, a 200-unit property offering family-sized floorplans together with access to Georgia's finest school system, are the latest acquisitions by this local Atlanta firm, which has been a highly active multifamily real estate investor in its target markets throughout the southeastern United States.
