Carson-Dellosa Publishing Appoints Al Greco Senior Vice President of Sales

GREENSBORO, N.C., May 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Carson-Dellosa Publishing, LLC, a leader in supplemental educational resources for Pre-K-grade 8, announced the appointment of Al Greco as Senior Vice President of Sales. Carson-Dellosa is leading the way in education publishing, and Mr. Greco will be playing an instrumental role as Carson-Dellosa continues to launch innovative products, build new partnerships and expand the size and scope of the company through strategic acquisitions and a multi-tiered retail strategy.

Prior to joining Carson-Dellosa, Mr. Greco worked at Random House, where his most recent position was Vice President, Online Sales Director. In this capacity, he led sales of both physical and digital products to Amazon. Previously, as Vice President, Retail Sales Director, Mr. Greco managed a team focusing on retail national accounts and earlier in his career at Random House directed sales of children's books to national book chains.

Mr. Greco has a degree in Marketing from New York University and was tapped by Random House/Bertelsmann to attend Bertlesmann University at Harvard Business School; he has also taught Sales and Marketing at the New York University Summer Publishing Institute.
