Caruth Capital Partners adds David Webb as Newest Partner

DALLAS, Oct. 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Dallas-based private equity firm Caruth Capital Partners, LLC ("Caruth") today announced that David Webb has joined the firm as a Partner and a member of the firm's investment committee.  In his new role, Mr. Webb will work with the Caruth team to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, negotiate and structure transactions and facilitate post-acquisition growth strategies through active engagement with management teams. 

Mr. Webb has 20 years of investment experience and was most recently at SunTx Capital Partners, where he played a leadership role in the development of its media and infrastructure businesses, both of which involved supporting talented management teams with the strategic and financial capital to build market-leading franchises.  Previously, Mr. Webb worked in the investment banking divisions of several leading firms including UBS, DLJ, and Montgomery Securities and the private markets group of Wilshire Associates.
