CaseStack Earns Sixth Consecutive Arkansas Best Places to Work Honor

LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Oct. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- CaseStack was honored as one of Arkansas' Best Places to Work in 2018 by Arkansas Business and Best Companies Group. CaseStack was one of four six-time winners among the 40 companies honored for their commitment to employees.

Harrelson spoke to the crowd representing 40 companies that participated in the sixth annual Arkansas Best Places to Work contest. He said that while the companies came from all over the state, they all share one common trait - "You put your employees first," he said.

The contest is sponsored by Arkansas Business Publishing Group and measures each company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. It includes an employee survey conducted by Best Companies Group, which facilitates similar awards nationwide.

Employee engagement among companies honored at the event was significantly higher than the national average, said Peter Burke, president of Best Companies Group.

Burke described employee engagement as an employee's emotional connection to their employer. Employee engagement nationwide averages 41%, but honorees enjoy a 92% employee engagement.

"It's humbling to be recognized as one of the best companies in the state six years running," said Colby Beland, VP of Sales & Marketing for CaseStack. CaseStack, an outsourced logistics provider with headquarters in Fayetteville, AR and Santa Monica, CA, was in the inaugural class of Arkansas' Best Places to Work in 2013 with a staff of 56. Since that first win, CaseStack's Fayetteville office has grown to over 200.
