CaseStack Marks Fifth Year as Arkansas' Best Places to Work Recipient

LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Sept. 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- CaseStack, Inc. was named one of Arkansas' Best Places to Work 2017 by Arkansas Business and Best Companies Group, at a ceremony Wednesday. CaseStack is one of a handful of companies to earn the designation five years running.

Bettis recognized the 36 companies whose performance in the fifth annual Arkansas Best Places to Work contest. He said that the 36 companies are shining examples of how success comes from putting employees first.

CaseStack, an outsourced logistics provider with headquarters in Santa Monica, California and Fayetteville, Arkansas, was in the inaugural class of Arkansas' Best Places to Work in 2013. CaseStack's Fayetteville office has since grown from 56 to 182 employees.

Colby Beland, VP of Sales & Marketing for CaseStack, said being honored while experiencing that level of growth speaks volumes about CaseStack as a company.

Bettis said that the 2017 list included some new companies, which knocked off companies that had previously earned the designation. He said the results are based on employee surveys which are reviewed and graded by a third-party organization.

Companies seeking to be named one of Arkansas' Best Places to Work, entered a two-part survey process managed by Best Companies Group. Rankings were based on combined scores of the surveys, measuring: workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics (25%) and the employee experience (75%.)
